Answer is a freeware INIT manager written by Steve Bryan of Minneapolis.
I don't recall exactly where it came from, but it has served me well over several years of use on several Macs, including an SE, SE.30, and IIci.
Just drop it into your System Folder and reboot. Call up Answer through the Control Panel, and click on those INITs you want to turn on or off; then restart....
